About the Role We're looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll help shape and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders, ensuring our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Manage daytoday administration of compensation programs and provide guidance to HR and business leaders. Support competitive offer development through market research, internal equity analysis, and compensation modeling. Maintain compensation structures, job codes, policies, and tools; coordinate updates to job descriptions. Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit, shortterm incentives, and salary budget planning. Partner with HRIS/Payroll to ensure accurate system updates for salary changes and incentive plan participation. Stay current on federal, state, and local compensation regulations and support compliance efforts Benefits Support day-to-day administration of health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. Conduct benefits reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements (e.g., 5500s, SPDs, SARs). Assist with open enrollment planning, communication, and execution. Respond to employee inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed. Participate in benefits audits and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Five or more years of progressive experience administering compensation and benefits Strong understanding of FLSA and compensation principles. Thorough working knowledge of employee benefits policies and practices, and applicable federal and state regulations including the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and DOL Strong skills in the Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal effectiveness with the ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of an organization Excellent analytical and project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Strong customer service orientation Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive material Attention to detail, with demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in final work products
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-CP, CCP or CEBS professional designation
Compensation:
