Benefits Administrator:
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, disability, and life insurance plans.
- Lead open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education initiatives.
- Evaluate benefits utilization and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with insurance carriers and coordinate enrollments, reporting, and invoice reconciliation.
Benefits Administrator:
- 2+ years of Benefits Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and related compliance regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and advanced Excel functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM certification preferred.
