$65,000-$75,000

Key Responsibilities for the
Benefits Administrator:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, disability, and life insurance plans.
  • Lead open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education initiatives.
  • Evaluate benefits utilization and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with insurance carriers and coordinate enrollments, reporting, and invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications for the
Benefits Administrator:
  • 2+ years of Benefits Administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and related compliance regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM certification preferred.
