Job Description

Alford & Associates is seeking an organized and dependable Benefits Implementation Coordinator to support our implementation department. This position will initially work across the department, assisting with implementation needs, record keeping, data transfers, paperwork, document management, and updates to client-facing materials. The selected candidate will shadow and cross-train with our current Implementation Coordinator while gaining a thorough understanding of the department's processes. This role offers an opportunity for growth into greater responsibility based on performance, demonstrated skills, and business needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, comfortable learning new systems, and capable of handling confidential protected health information (PHI) and sensitive client information responsibly. Key Responsibilities Assist the implementation department with new and ongoing client implementation needs. Accurately transfer employee census and enrollment information using Microsoft Excel. Work with files containing PHI and other confidential client information while following all company privacy and security procedures. Review data transfers for accuracy and completeness. Prepare, organize, process, and track implementation paperwork. File, name, save, and maintain electronic documents using established procedures. Update and edit client-facing materials in Canva. Shadow and cross-train with the current Implementation Coordinator. Track multiple assignments and complete work within required timeframes. Communicate questions, missing information, and potential issues promptly. Provide administrative and record-keeping support throughout the implementation process. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including accurate data entry, data organization, and data transfers. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to handle PHI, confidential records, and sensitive client information responsibly. Comfortable learning Canva and other software programs used by the department. Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Dependable, professional, and willing to ask questions when clarification is needed. Experience in employee benefits, insurance, implementation, enrollment, or administrative record keeping is preferred but not required.

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
