Job Description Inspire, excel and grow with us U.S. Bank Wealth Operations is hiring a Correction Specialist to support our Benefit Payment Services team within Corporate Trust. This individual will be responsible for the following: Managing daily tasks in BPM and processing within SLA Processing corrections or changes to pension payments, such as stopping and reissuing payments Process fund movement through trust-to-trust transfers, initiating wire transfers, ACH and check payments Correcting tax forms per client direction Verifying and processing Positive Pay items Proactively identifying and correcting accounts that are out of balance Collaborating with other roles within Benefit Payments Services, as well as partnering effectively with

3+ days at West Side Flats, Saint Paul Basic Qualifications Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience Two or more years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s) Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
