Find your calling at Mercy! Provides benefits administration and operational support services to caregivers with a high level of effectiveness, accuracy, and customer service. Investigates and resolves routine benefit related issues, supports auditing and reporting activities, and assists with the administration of benefit plans and programs. Works independently with limited supervision while ensuring organizational values are reflected in all interactions and processes. Performs duties and responsibilities consistent with organizational mission, values, and service standards.

Education & Experience
- Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 1- 3 years of related experience in customer service, benefits, or HR operations. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration and associated processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to investigate issues and identify process improvements.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Effective collaboration and customer service skills.
