Job Level:
Individual Contributor Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
What You Will Be Doing:
The Business Analyst -Benefits & Payroll will support the design, configuration, and administration of Shelter's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday. They will analyze and document current benefits and payroll processes and procedures and initiate any process improvement changes with management approval.
What We're Looking For:
Completion of a four (4) year college or related field and/or equivalent professional work experience required. HRIS experience desired, Workday experience preferred. Must maintain strict confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Analytical and organization skills to work effectively in a detail-oriented environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior interpersonal skills to effectively function in lead roles and work well within a team environment. Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and escalate appropriately to management.
