Job Description

Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and provides supports for human resources functions. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; experience in lieu of education may be considered 2 years previous human resources, benefits or office experience required Ability to establish collaborative working relationship with all levels of team members including management Ability to accurately input and retrieve data in Human Resources Information System timely Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer required Ability to work independently to organize work & handle multiple projects to satisfactory completion Ability to establish and meet priorities and adapt to changes in work priorities Strong attention to detail is required Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate positively and respectfully in all situations
