REPORTS TO
Director of Benefits Key Responsibilities:
Uphold truth and integrity. Maintain the company's image for success. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of benefit documents. Respond to team member requests promptly and communicate benefit options clearly. Notify eligible team members and approve benefit elections; process benefit changes/additions accurately. Handle team member information for lost coverage. Administer FMLA program. Assist in Making a Difference (MAD) Program.
Qualifications:
