Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, ideally with exposure to multi-country/Americas programs. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred). Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits and compensation concepts clearly to employees and managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global organization. Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with Canada, Latin America, and US time zones as needed.Advanced Data Analysis & Excel:
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) HRIS Proficiency Critical Thinking Attention to Detail & Accuracy Multi-Country Benefits Knowledge Vendor & Broker Management Confidentiality & Judgment Project & Time Management Cross-Cultural & Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration Problem-Solving The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 - $115,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.Application deadline:
