This Long-term Contract position will focus on commission calculations, payout analysis, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with payroll, HR, sales operations, and leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, hands-on experience with commission platforms such as Xactly, and the ability to contribute to system implementation efforts while maintaining reliable recurring processes.

Responsibilities:

Administer monthly and quarterly commission cycles for domestic and international sales organizations, ensuring timely and accurate results. Review commission data, validate calculations, and investigate discrepancies before final payout processing. Partner with HR, payroll, sales operations, and business leaders to resolve compensation-related questions and improve reporting clarity. Support the implementation and ongoing configuration of Xactly, helping align system outputs with compensation plans and business rules. Analyze commission results and prepare recurring reports that highlight trends, exceptions, and payout drivers. Maintain accurate data flows between commission tools, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and enterprise systems including NetSuite. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that strengthen controls, efficiency, and audit readiness. Assist with documentation of compensation workflows, calculation logic, and operational procedures for ongoing program support. 3+ years of experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, or a related analytical role. Hands-on experience with Xactly; prior involvement in implementation or enhancement work is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM platform used to manage sales and commission-related data. Experience working with financial or operational systems such as NetSuite and commission platforms such as Spiff is preferred. Strong skills in data validation, calculation review, and analytical problem-solving. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including payroll, HR, sales operations, and leadership. Excellent attention to detail with a track record of managing recurring processes accurately and on schedule.
