Account Coordinator

Description SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty real estate clients.

Location:

The position can be remote anywhere in the United States, with work primarily aligned to Pacific hours, although some flexibility is available.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Prepare and send renewal solicitations; coordinate client update calls with insurance carriers. Assist with marketing renewals and project specific business. Prepare client presentation and proposal materials. Prepare insurance summaries and confirmations of insurance. Input data and information into systems and maintain the accuracy and completeness of policy management systems. Manage policy and endorsement issuance process including reviewing quotes, binders, and policies for accuracy and filing appropriately. Prepare invoices and manage tasks related to client billing Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Solid communication skills: writing and presentation preparation. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service. Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, and work independently to solve problems. Works well with others in a fast-paced environment; responsive to co-workers and colleagues. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs. Strong time management skills. Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications. Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of Insurance brokerage experience is preferred. Commercial insurance experience is preferred.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

Property and Casualty Insurance license (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role. Compensation The compensation range being offered for this role is $65,000
