Hybrid - (Wednesday and Thursday on-site every week)
Position Summary:
Responsible for interactions with vendors regarding set up, testing of interfaces for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life/disability, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for interactions with vendors regarding set up, testing of interfaces for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life/disability, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts. Assist with implementation of the new weekly payroll group relating to benefits. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on implementation changes that need to be updated for plan documents and company intranet. Resolve eligibility and filing issues with vendor under the guidance of the benefits operations manager. Proactively identify program/employee issues requiring action and work with IT/HRIS to develop appropriate solutions. Complete ad hoc reporting to support payroll, insurance brokers, etc.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) (Minimum of High School Diploma) Entry level or Minimum of 0-3 years of benefits experience in a corporate environment. Knowledge of employee benefit plans and their administrative requirements a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must possess the ability to deal and relate to all types of people and levels within the organization.
