    Salary:
    $65,000 – $70,000 base + bonus

                Payroll & Benefits Specialist Role:
                • Process full‑cycle payroll on a weekly basis for approximately 160 employees, including both hourly and salaried staff
                • Handle payroll for contract labor, ensuring compliance and accuracy
                • Administer employee benefits, including onboarding and enrollment processes
                • Manage benefit setup within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring employees are properly enrolled
                • Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records in compliance with company policies and regulations
                • Support new hire onboarding through benefits education and enrollment guidance
                • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
                • Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits‑related questions Requirements for the
                Payroll & Benefits Specialist Role:
                • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and/or benefits administration
                • Strong understanding of full‑cycle payroll processes
                • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
