October 2026 | Mon-Fri, Any 8-Hour Shift Between 8 AM-9PM CST Why Join? Pay - $17/hr.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY 8HR SHIFT BETWEEN 8AM-9PM CST.
Monday-Friday Paid Training to set you up for success Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients. Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures. Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers. Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation. Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time . Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits .
Qualifications but not limited to:
1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations (required) Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification . Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly. Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
