Job Description

CGI US is 14,000+ CGI Partners strong and growing. The Total Compensation team is seeking an experienced professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate would bring together advanced compensation and benefits experience, solid experience with Human Resources systems and tools, independent project management skills, and a desire to make a positive difference through continuous process improvement. Candidates proximate to a CGI office will be considered with a preference for Fairfax, VA. CGI utilizes a hybrid model and partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office, as needed.
