1st Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking an Insurance Analyst in Green Bay to support Schneider's owner-operator and corporate insurance programs. The Insurance Analyst will manage insurance documentation, support program renewals and partner with brokers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely insurance solutions.Responsibilities:
Administer owner-operator insurance programs, ensuring required coverage and maintaining an accurate participation database. Provide weekly orientation presentations for new owner-operators. Manage issuance and annual reissue of certificates of insurance. Process all bond requests, including corporate officer execution and surety premium payment. Serve as the primary contact between owner-operators and the insurance broker, addressing policy and premium questions. Provide financial and operational analysis related to risk management. Respond to customer requests for certificates of insurance.Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2 or more years of relevant work experience. Strong understanding of insurance concepts and compliance requirements. Able to interpret insurance policy language and explain it to stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Proficient with insurance or vendor management systems.Pay and benefits:
