Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Account Manager to join their team. This is a non-selling, support-focused role dedicated to high-level client service and internal administrative excellence. You will be the backbone of our client relationships, ensuring that their health, life, disability, and financial service plans are managed flawlessly. Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling day-to-day inquiries regarding group health, life, LTC, and disability plans
• Prepare policy documents, collect signatures, process policy changes and ensure timely delivery of documents through several delivery methods
• Organize, maintain and manage client files and compliance records, ensuring efficient retrieval of reports and policy documentation as needed
• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and specialized insurance software to track policy activity, manage administrative workflows, calendaring, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Uphold strict standards for protecting client financial and personal information in full compliance with insurance industry regulations.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of client portals within Employee Navigator and

EIS REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience of verifiable Insurance Account Management required
• High proficiency in Employee Navigator is strongly desired
• Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel for tracking and document curation
• A solid understanding of Group Health, Employee Benefits, Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care insurance products.
