The Compensation and Benefits:

Annual salary of $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience A full suite of benefits, including medical and vision coverage 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid company holidays High-growth opportunities What You'll Bring to the team: 2+ years of solid experience in Personal Lines, customer service, and the insurance industry. Active Property and Casualty license Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, markets, and ratings Proficient with the EPIC management system, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other relevant software systems

The Key Responsibilities:

Manage Personal Lines accounts, ensuring a positive client experience Drive business expansion through proactive renewal initiatives, effective cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities via outside sales efforts. Be a trusted client advisor, assisting with billing questions, claims, and complex coverage inquiries. Responsible for binding and checking of policies, efficiently managing requests for endorsements and claims, and coordinating marketing renewals. Thoroughly review insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Compile data on insurance policy changes. Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, expertly guiding clients. ! Why Insurance Relief™?
