2988257122-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Arrow Electronics is seeking an HR Manager, Global Compensation and Benefits to lead our total rewards programs for a diverse, international workforce in the wholesale trade and technology sector. In this role, you will design and manage competitive compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits offerings that support our performance-driven, innovative culture. You will conduct market analysis, ensure regulatory compliance across regions, guide leaders on pay decisions, and drive annual salary review and bonus cycles. Partnering closely with HR and business leaders, you will use analytics to inform decisions, promote pay equity, and clearly communicate total rewards programs to employees worldwide. Responsibilities Design and manage global compensation and benefits programs aligned with Arrow's performance-driven culture Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across regions Administer incentive, bonus, and recognition programs to support talent attraction and retention Oversee global benefits offerings, vendor relationships, and renewals Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations in multiple jurisdictions Partner with HR business partners and leaders to advise on offers, promotions, and pay decisions Develop compensation guidelines, policies, and governance frameworks Lead annual salary review, bonus cycles, and benefits enrollment processes Use HR analytics to provide insights on pay equity, total rewards effectiveness, and workforce trends Support communication and training on total rewards programs to managers and employees Required Skills Global compensation strategy Benefits design and administration Market pricing and benchmarking Regulatory compliance in compensation and benefits Data analysis and HR analytics HRIS and compensation tools Project management Stakeholder management and influencing Policy development and documentation Presentation and communication skills
