This role will serve as a key resource for Medicare cost reporting, reimbursement analytics, compliance reporting, and revenue cycle operations while partnering across finance and operational departments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage Medicare Cost Report activities Gather, analyze, and validate reimbursement-related data from multiple systems Prepare and support quarterly and annual state and federal reporting requirements Partner with consultants on reimbursement and compliance initiatives Perform complex reimbursement analysis and financial reporting Support month-end close activities and operational statistics reporting Participate in charge master reviews and process improvement projects Identify reporting efficiencies and best practices Required Qualifications Acute care hospital experience Healthcare revenue cycle experience Medicare Cost Report experience Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies Strong analytical and reporting skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications Hospital finance or accounting experience Regulatory compliance reporting experience Experience working with reimbursement consultants Proven project management skills Advanced data analysis and reporting experience Who Will Be Successful Self-motivated professionals who take ownership Strong communicators who work effectively across departments Analytical problem-solvers Detail-oriented healthcare finance professionals Individuals seeking long-term career growth and increased responsibility If you have a strong background in hospital reimbursement, Medicare cost reporting, and revenue cycle operations, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. #LI-DB2 #
