We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to manage a book of business with our broker partners and their employer clients. You'll be the go-to expert on ancillary benefits, ben-admin platforms, and the full implementation-to-renewal cycle — keeping clients happy and partners engaged.Requirements:
What you'll do- Manage a block of broker clients, serving as their primary point of contact for service and renewals.
- Set up and maintain Benefit Administration systems for open enrollment, new cases, and annual renewals, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Act as the technical resource on ancillary lines of coverage for brokers, clients, and internal sales reps.
- Manage all carrier and platform transitions end-to-end, including TPA and Hybrid group integrations.
- Train new group administrators on ben-admin systems during implementation and renewal. What we're looking for
- Experience in employee benefits, broker services, or insurance account management.
- Familiarity with Benefit Administration platforms (e.g., Employee Navigator, bswift, Ease, PlanSource, or similar).
- Strong understanding of ancillary lines — dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable with client-facing presentations and travel for on-site meetings.
- TPA or Hybrid group experience is a plus.
