Director of Payroll & Benefits Salary:
$75,000 – $90,000Location:

Director of Payroll & Benefits:
- Lead payroll operations across multiple locations and entities.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, tax reporting, audits, and regulatory adherence.
- Oversee administration of employee benefit programs, renewals, and open enrollment activities.
- Manage payroll reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and develop payroll and benefits team members while strengthening internal controls.
Director of Payroll & Benefits:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and operations.
- Strong expertise in payroll regulations, tax reporting, employee benefits administration, and ADP Workforce Now.
