Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, or related functions
Preferred Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline Experience with Dayforce and HRIS implementation, upgrade, or automation initiatives The successful candidate will lead the systems, programs, and infrastructure that support an effective enterprise HR organization. This leader will own compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll, and leave administration while establishing consistent practices across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Shape the organization's Total Rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, merit programs, benefits, and pay equity Establish consistent compensation governance across the business, providing oversight of benchmarking, pay decisions, exceptions, and recurring market reviews Advance HR technology capabilities by improving HRIS functionality, data integrity, reporting, automation, integrations, and employee self-service Provide leadership across benefits, payroll, and leave administration while maintaining compliance across multiple locations and jurisdictions Use workforce analytics and financial modeling to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide leadership with actionable insights CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
