RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage all daily shop operations including customer service, team development, assisting technicians/painters, etc Oversee and coordinate all production activities in the auto body shop (scheduling, workflow, resource allocation, etc) Implement continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, effeciency, and quality control Build and maintain strong working relationships with automotive insurance adjusters and partner companies Encourage high-quality work and uphold high standards of workmanship Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of professional collision/auto body repair experience minimum 2+ years of experience as a Restoration Shop/Auto Body Shop Manager highly preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team Working knowledge of collision repair, paint processes, and industry standards Professional personal appearance and friendly personality Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills to join the JD's Auto Restoration Center family and take your automotive career to the next level!
