Responsibilities for Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary reimbursement resource for healthcare providers, offering expert guidance on access and reimbursement challenges.
- Support and facilitate benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims resolution, appeals, and reimbursement-related inquiries.
- Educate providers on Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, payer policies, and coverage requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician offices, clinics, specialty pharmacies, and manufacturer partners.
- Deliver customized reimbursement education through on-site visits, virtual meetings, presentations, and training programs.
- Coordinate with internal hub teams to ensure efficient case management and timely patient support.
- Identify and resolve reimbursement barriers impacting patient access to prescribed therapies.
- Conduct territory planning and account management activities to maximize provider engagement and program success.
- Organize and facilitate manufacturer-sponsored training sessions, educational workshops, and provider meetings.
- Provide actionable insights regarding payer trends, policy updates, and reimbursement strategies.
- Track, document, and report all interactions, activities, and outcomes within the designated CRM system.
- Manage territory projects and account coordination while ensuring compliance with client requirements and program objectives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Expert understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer reimbursement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex reimbursement information into clear and actionable guidance.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and web-based meeting platforms.
- CRM documentation and reporting experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturer support program experience.
- Account management or territory management experience.

Pay Details:
