- Job Overview The Manager, Commissions is part of the Commissions group reporting within the Magenta Service Center.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and successful adherence of departmental service level agreements Align executive strategic direction to tactical implementation Drive process improvements within commissions and other sales operations processes Work daily with Sales/Care Management, Finance, and peer Operations teams to provide leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations. Administer and seek automation of commission functions Responsible for achieving service quality results, as well as being proactive regarding upcoming issues or concerns Act as a process liaison for multiple Compensation Policy and Processes and working with other teams to ensure operations are being covered accordinglyEducation and Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED (Required) 2-4 years Experience in managing an Operational group. (Preferred) 2-4 years Work experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting, Sales Compensation experience. (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

National Base Pay Range:
$91,600- $165,300 The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity.
