Manhattan, NY | Hybrid | Full-Time

Are you a compensation leader who enjoys turning workforce data into meaningful business decisions? We're looking for a Manager, Compensation & People Analytics to help shape how an organization approaches pay, performance, workforce planning, and people insights.

In this role, you'll own core compensation programs while building stronger analytics capabilities across the People function. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leaders to provide practical guidance, improve processes, and deliver the insights needed to make informed talent decisions. How You'll Make an Impact Run key compensation processes, including annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning.

Provide market-pricing, offer, and internal-equity guidance to HR and business leaders.

Support the development of job architecture, leveling, job families, and compensation governance.

Lead pay-equity analyses and help identify opportunities to strengthen fair and consistent pay practices.

Manage and improve compensation workflows in Workday Advanced Compensation.

Build and enhance reporting on workforce metrics such as headcount, retention, turnover, mobility, promotions, and DEI.

Create dashboards and analyses that help leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities across the workforce.

Help establish consistent People metrics, data definitions, and reporting standards.

Present clear, actionable compensation and people insights to senior stakeholders. What We're Looking For 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, ideally with experience in people analytics or HR reporting.

Experience supporting compensation cycles, market benchmarking, pay-equity work, and internal compensation decisions.

Strong knowledge of job architecture, compensation data governance, and compensation best practices.

Advanced proficiency in Workday, particularly Advanced Compensation.

Comfort working with HRIS data, Excel, dashboards, and reporting or visualization tools.

A strong analytical mindset, paired with the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
