Job Description

Responsibilities:
Serves as the subject matter expert for enterprise-wide programs and initiatives to senior leaders. Develops compensation solutions that are aligned with talent strategies, emphasizing external competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory requirements. Researches and analyzes external industry trends, global market intelligence, regulatory changes, competitive practices, and emerging compensation developments, incorporating insights and best practices into strategic recommendations and workforce programs aligned with enterprise talent objectives. Partners with senior leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align Vanguard's total rewards philosophy with business needs. Advises and consults with team members, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders on compensation strategies and programs for successful change management, implementation, and maintenance. Provides leadership and expertise to highly complex analyses and talent scenarios. Supports diagnostics of human capital issues, providing perspective where compensation may or may not solve the root-cause. Coaches and contributes to the development of compensation analysts and consultants. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Eight years related work experience, with at least five years of Compensation experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. Previous Compensation Consulting experience preferred. Previous experience designing talent strategies preferred.
