Fall River, WI | Direct Hire | 1st Shift Hands-on role for someone with 3+ years of experience administering
SELF-FUNDED/SELF- INSURED HEALTH PLANS. SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00PM PAY:
$75,000-$95,000/year, based on experienceWHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage medical, dental, vision, disability, life and retirement benefits Administer and manage self-funded health plans Work with TPAs, brokers, vendors and stop-loss partners Monitor plan performance, claims and costs Manage renewals, plan design and employee benefits communications Oversee open enrollment and benefits data in the HRIS Ensure ACA, ERISA, COBRA and FMLA complianceREQUIRED
3+ years of experience administering self-funded/self-insured health plans Experience working with TPAs, claims and/or stop-loss HRIS experience Bachelor's degree preferred SHRM or CEBS preferred #MADI Pay:
