Job Description

Seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs in Fall River, WI. Direct Hire | 1st Shift (7am-3pm) | $75k- $95k/ year

Responsibilities:

Manage employee benefits programs Work with insurance vendors Handle open enrollment Ensure

ACA, ERISA, COBRA & FMLA

compliance Maintain HRIS benefits data Improve benefits programs

Qualifications:

3+ years of benefits administration experience Knowledge of employee benefits and compliance HRIS experience Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree and

SHRM/CEBS

preferred #SKL1

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
