Job Description Project Leadership:
Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, and schedule.Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project strategies, risk management plans, and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.Financial Oversight:
Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profitability; approve major expenditures and change orders.Team Development:
Mentor and support Project Managers and field teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Contract Administration:
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance and minimize risk.Quality & Safety Assurance:
Uphold company standards for quality control and safety, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.Business Development Support:
Participate in proposal development, presentations, and client meetings to secure new work and expand market presence.Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.Process Improvement:
Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant 12-15+ years of construction experience, with proven leadership recently at the Project Executive or similar level Must have expertise in large-scale commercial construction projects valued from $30M- $300M or higher Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, Bluebeam, P6, Microsoft Office 365) Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
