Full Job Description Location:
Hybrid -
Albuquerque, NM Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with anticipated growth to full-time. In-office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM-1:30 PM; remote work outside of those hours. We're looking for a highly organized, motivated Credentialing Specialist who is excited to grow with our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term career—not just a job. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing with insurance payers Track applications and follow up to ensure timely completion Maintain accurate credentialing records and documentation Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal team members Stay organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines Assist with additional credentialing-related projects as our company continues to grow Qualifications Experience with medical provider credentialing required Primary care credentialing experience is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and follow-through Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation Starting at $22.00 per hour Approximately 20 hours per week initially, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time position as the role grows.
