Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Duration:
6+ Month Contract with potential for
Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate:
$18-19/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process. Review and evaluate admission applications and supporting documents. Respond to applicant inquiries and provide application status updates. Coordinate and participate in student recruitment events and college fairs. Collaborate with academic departments to support enrollment goals. Assist with marketing initiatives through online, print, and social media channels. Maintain accurate records while providing outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required) Up to 1 year of experience in admissions, higher education, customer service, student services, or a related administrative role. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology. Experience working with diverse populations and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of admissions processes or higher education is a plus.
