This multifaceted role is essential in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, managing administrative functions, and enhancing our employer brand through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. This person needs to have reliable transpo Duties Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding processes. Assist with Client relations and Contract processing Conduct research on potential candidates/clients through social media platforms, job boards, and professional in person networks to generate quality leads. Support external recruiting efforts by cold calling prospective candidates/clients and engaging with talent pools on social media channels and job fairs. Manage internal recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with employment policy. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging social media content and managing recruitment marketing campaigns. Assist with administrative tasks such as employee orientation, employee evaluations. Collaborate with HR teams Support high-volume recruitment projects across various departments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Ensure adherence to legal compliance standards related to employment & labor law and internal policies. Skills Proven experience in recruiting, including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, external recruiting, and high-volume hiring. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency with all Microsoft applications and google email. Knowledge of Canva or similar programs to help design and distribute flyers Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, for effective candidate/client sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management. Familiarity with social media management for recruitment marketing purposes across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and Handshake Ability to perform research effectively for lead generation and candidate sourcing activities. Experience with filing both manually and digital. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of contracts, employee orientation procedures, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations strategies. Ability to manage a multi line phone system and a willingness to make multiple calls in a day. Must have reliable transportation!
