In this vital role, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance management. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and ensure that our organization remains compliant with employment laws and regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Duties Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Taleo. Facilitate new employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding experiences and familiarize new hires with company policies and culture. Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, preparing documentation, and assisting with performance management initiatives. Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Maintain accurate HR records through data entry in HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM or UltiPro while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with compliance activities such as affirmative action planning, workers' compensation claims processing, and regulatory reporting requirements. Contribute to HR projects involving organizational design, workforce management strategies, succession planning, and training & development programs. Skills Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and employment law in talent management. Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP, QB, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or similar platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Dayforce. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict management. Ability to analyze data using Excel for HR metrics and reporting purposes. Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accurate compensation delivery. Familiarity with FMLA regulations, regulatory compliance management, and HR legal standards. Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Administrative experience supporting HR department functions including data collection, data entry, and personnel administration. Pay:
