PART-TIME ONBOARDING COORDINATOR

$17 per hour
Position Summary:
MS Companies is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Onboarding Coordinator, to support the new hire onboarding process. Internally, this position is claessififed as an Operations Administrator. This role plays a key part in creating a positive experience for employees by facilitating orientations, completing employment documentation, and ensuring all required training is completed successfully. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of groups, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Part-Time (approximately 24 hours per week) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. New hire orientations are conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct and facilitate new hire orientations in a professional and engaging manner. Complete and verify Form I-9 documentation in accordance with federal guidelines. Assist employees with completing direct deposit enrollment and other onboarding paperwork. Support new hires through the completion of required online training modules. Provide exceptional customer service while serving as a primary point of contact during the onboarding process. Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation. Perform general administrative duties as assigned. Assist with office housekeeping responsibilities, including maintaining a clean and professional workspace and organizing or restocking office supplies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, customer service, human resources, recruiting, or onboarding experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present information to groups. Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate online systems and complete electronic documentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience.
