•$25hr About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team for a targeted, high-priority compliance project. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the HR department by managing the audit, duplication, and digital migration of employment verification records . This is an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience in HR compliance, data management, and corporate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities Document Management:

Carefully copy and file physical hard copies of historical and current employment verification documents.

Digital Migration:

Scan physical records and accurately upload them into the company's secure

Google Drive Data Organization:

Establish and maintain a strict digital folder structure, ensuring all files are named according to company compliance protocols.

Quality Assurance:

Review completed files to ensure scanned documents are perfectly legible and match physical records.

Confidentiality:

Handle highly sensitive, personally identifiable information (PII) with the utmost discretion and in strict accordance with data privacy policies.

Qualifications & Skills Highly Organized:

Possess an exceptional ability to manage high volumes of paperwork without losing track of details. Attention to

Detail:

Meticulous in catching filing errors, missing signatures, or blurry scans.

Independent Worker:

Proven ability to take direction and then work autonomously with minimal supervision to meet daily project deadlines.

Computer Savvy:

Comfortable navigating digital tools, operating scanning equipment, and managing files within Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets) .

Professional Discretion:

Strong understanding of workplace confidentiality requirements. What You Will Gain Direct, hands-on experience with core HR compliance and federal documentation standards. Familiarity with enterprise-level digital asset management and cloud storage workflows. A resume-building project showcasing your ability to execute a major organizational audit. Education and Experience requirements High school diploma or equivalent Degree or Degree in process with a major in Human Resources or similar field preferred 1
