We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an analytical professional with sound decision making skills to become a key member of our team.

Responsibilities may include:

Support a variety of HR projects within the areas of safety, employee relations, and more Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, leaves, warnings, transfer, or promotions Interpret and explain human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations Assist in hiring employees and process hiring-related paperwork Update job description catalogue for within the Company and affiliated entities; write and place advertisements Coordinate pre-employment screenings and assist with on-boarding process Assist with employee relation investigation and recommendations Assist in organizing employee meetings to deliver important Company information Prepare and create documents and reporting, including English to Spanish translation

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field from a four-year college or university; one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
