City of Industry, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Qualifications English Administrative experience Recruiting Organizational skills Office management Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR & Administrative Specialist to support our company's day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for employee recruitment and onboarding, HR policies and procedures, payroll and performance administration, coordination with external legal counsel, company document management, and other administrative projects assigned by management. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment. Key Responsibilities- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding
- Support the development, organization, and improvement of company policies, HR procedures, and internal processes
- Assist with payroll calculation, attendance records, employee compensation, and performance management
- Coordinate with external attorneys, legal counsel, and other professional service providers on company-related matters
- Maintain and organize company licenses, certificates, corporate documents, employee files, and other important records
- Support management with administrative tasks, special projects, scheduling, coordination, and other assignments as needed
- Assist with cross-functional communication and follow up on assigned projects to ensure timely completion
- Travel with management when necessary, including occasional business trips within the United States, Canada, and other locations Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with payroll, recruiting, or HR administration is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- English required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is strongly preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required Compensation & Growth
- $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Initial hourly position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent role based on performance and business needs
