This position will support the company's daily human resources and administrative operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, personnel records, payroll support, benefits administration, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with employees and management. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism. This is a paid position with opportunities to grow and develop as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance information, and other HR documents. Support employee performance evaluations and follow up on required documentation. Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and workplace safety requirements. Respond to routine employee questions and assist with employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner. Prepare HR and administrative reports using Excel and other company systems. Coordinate office supplies, internal communications, document filing, and other daily administrative tasks. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in human resources, office administration, payroll, or a related position is preferred. Basic knowledge of employment practices and HR procedures is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with payroll, HR, or applicant-tracking systems is a plus but not required. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
