This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives, streamline office operations, and support our talented workforce. You will be the central point for employee engagement, HR processes, and administrative excellence, ensuring that our organization remains a vibrant and compliant place to work. Your energy and organizational skills will drive our success forward! Responsibilities Manage human capital management processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing employee evaluation to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to maintain accurate data and compliance with employment laws. Lead change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts to adapt to evolving business needs.. Ensure regulatory compliance management across employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution efforts effectively. Utilize HR system Paycom General office tasks- mail organization, answering office phones, copying, filing Skills Experience in human resources management including talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and benefits administration. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure organizational adherence to regulations. Proficiency in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff at all levels and external partners. Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, TEAMS, Sharepoint, Word Familiarity with OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
