Full-Time, Exempt Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR / Office Assistant Manager to support a wide range of Human Resources and office administration functions. This position will be responsible for employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, HR compliance, office operations, and supervision of administrative staff. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations, including employee records, policies, compliance, and employee inquiries. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and leave administration. Process biweekly payroll, PTO, timekeeping, and employee changes. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), open enrollment, and leave requests. Coordinate required employee training, including workplace safety and harassment prevention. Handle workers' compensation reporting and related documentation. Support office and facility operations, including vendors, building maintenance, office equipment, IT/phone coordination, and supplies. Coordinate company events, safety programs, and other administrative activities. Supervise and support 1-2 administrative employees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Approximately 3-5 years of related HR and/or office administration experience preferred. Experience with payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and payroll systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. SHRM certification is a plus.Benefits
