We are interviewing immediately for this position.
Job Description:
In this position, will be responsible for various HR / Payroll functions including but not limited to, timecard maintenance, payroll entries, employee file maintenance, and benefit enrollment. Payroll / HR Administrator Responsibilities Maintain all HR employee records including payroll and benefits Creation and distribution of all payroll processing reports Provide support for all employees regarding benefits, including updates and changes Supervise the process and completion of all New Hire documentation ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements Computer use for data entry, communication, and looking up requested information Other duties as needed for position Ideal candidate has General knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resources Thorough understanding of the payroll process Knowledge of various state and federal labor laws. Ability to provide guidance to team members and managers regarding procedures, company policies and regulatory compliance requirements Have exceptional verbal and communication skills and telephone etiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as MS Word and MS Excel Must possess a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
