Start Date:
Immediate Position Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator
•Employee Relations to join a busy, professional, and collaborative HR team in Pasadena. This role will support employee relations activities, investigations, documentation review, and disciplinary processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities
Review HR and employee relations documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Assist with disciplinary action processes and related paperwork.
Conduct initial intake calls regarding employee relations concerns and investigations.
Maintain confidential employee records and case documentation.
Support HR team members with employee relations matters and administrative tasks.
Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of sensitive employee issues.
Qualifications
Prior HR experience, specifically in employee relations.
Experience reviewing employee documentation and disciplinary actions.
Ability to handle initial intake calls and assist with workplace investigations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is preferred.
