This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and helps ensure efficient HR operations. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and hiring activities. Maintain personnel records in compliance with HR policies and regulations. Compile reports from personnel databases and HR systems. Review, update, and maintain employee information in the HR information system (HRIS). Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and regulations. Communicate relevant information to employees and job applicants. Perform general administrative duties to support HR functions. Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field. General knowledge of labor and employment laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems is preferred.
