Job Description

Pridestaff is currently seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter/Administrator for a manufacturing company located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is temporary position to fill in for a leave of absence. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Pay Rate:
$25-$30
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm
Job Duties :
W ill be responsible for supporting the HR department with various confidential tasks that may include but is not limited to the following: Sourcing and full cycle recruiting, interview and assessment of candidates, process on boarding and hiring new employees, process I9's, conduct professional references, and run criminal backgrounds.
Roles and responsibilities:
Full cycle recruiting Post and source candidates on the various social media and recruiting platforms Update various training and employee files Interview and assess candidates Process I9's, references, background checks, and other miscellaneous post hire paperwork. Assist as needed with any reporting and technical projects for the department Other general office duties as assigned by the HR department
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of related HR experience. Must be Bilingual Spanish Must have experience with full cycle recruiting; knowledge of ATS system a plus. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be computer/tech savvy with proficiency of Microsoft Office/Excel. Knowledge of pivot tables a plus. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs as needed to retrieve banker boxes. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to walk up and down stairs as needed. Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
