Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This energetic role offers the opportunity to support various HR functions, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives. Duties Facilitate talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro) and coordinating interviews. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture. Assist with employee evaluation processes, performance management, and training & development initiatives. Manage benefits administration tasks, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and other leave programs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Handle employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism, applying conflict management techniques when necessary. Maintain accurate HR data using HRIS systems; analyze data with Excel for reporting purposes. Support compliance with employment & labor law regulations and assist with affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles, with familiarity in employment law and legal compliance practices. Strong knowledge of human capital management, workforce management, and organizational design principles. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; able to handle confidential information discreetly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Oracle HCM or Lever. Experience with payroll processing, personnel administration, and benefits administration is highly desirable. Knowledge of OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and data collection techniques will set candidates apart.
