Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who has strong customer service and communication skills but also enjoys administrative work and wants to support HR functions. The right candidate will be comfortable managing a busy front desk, handling a high volume of inbound calls, maintaining professionalism with employees and visitors, and assisting HR with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & ReceptionServe as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, candidates, and other guestsAnswer and manage inbound telephone calls professionally and efficientlyRoute calls, take accurate messages, and assist callers with general questionsGreet and direct visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional front-office environmentNotify appropriate employees of visitor and candidate arrivalsAssist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and correspondenceMaintain an organized, polished, and professional reception areaAssist with general office coordination and administrative requestsHR Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources departmentAssist with new-hire paperwork, onboarding documents, and employee filesMaintain and organize confidential personnel records and HR documentationAssist with data entry and updates within HR systems and employee recordsSupport interview scheduling and candidate coordinationPrepare, scan, file, and distribute HR documentsAssist employees with basic HR questions and route more complex matters to the appropriate HR team memberSupport employee communications, forms, notices, and other HR correspondenceAssist with tracking documents and following up with employees for missing informationProvide administrative support for HR projects as needed
