- Manage the HR phone line and voicemail inbox, responding to employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-service-oriented manner or routing requests to the appropriate team member
- Process employment-related requests, including EDD documentation, employment and income verifications, paystub requests, and employee letter requests
- Monitor and follow up with Care Providers regarding failed timekeeping punches and ensure required punch corrections are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Document employee communications and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate Associate HR Manager as needed
- Provide front desk coverage as assigned, including greeting visitors, assisting employees and applicants, and completing Live Scan fingerprinting services
- Maintain accurate records and handle all employee and client information with the highest level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and other departmental support activities
- Assist with special projects and perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to learn and utilize company databases and training systems Physical Requirements
