  • Manage the HR phone line and voicemail inbox, responding to employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-service-oriented manner or routing requests to the appropriate team member
  • Process employment-related requests, including EDD documentation, employment and income verifications, paystub requests, and employee letter requests
  • Monitor and follow up with Care Providers regarding failed timekeeping punches and ensure required punch corrections are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Document employee communications and escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate Associate HR Manager as needed
  • Provide front desk coverage as assigned, including greeting visitors, assisting employees and applicants, and completing Live Scan fingerprinting services
  • Maintain accurate records and handle all employee and client information with the highest level of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and other departmental support activities
  • Assist with special projects and perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to learn and utilize company databases and training systems Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
