Job Description
HireArt is helping our client find an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join its recruiting operations team and support a fast-paced, growing recruiting infrastructure. In this role, you'll coordinate candidate interviews across a variety of open positions and partner closely with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep the interview process organized and running smoothly. You'll play an important role in delivering an excellent candidate experience while helping identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and priorities. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes while providing a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll: Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person candidate interviews across open roles. Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to develop and execute interview plans. Support a seamless interview process and deliver an excellent candidate experience from scheduling through interview completion. Identify and recommend recruiting strategies, tools, and process improvements that increase operational efficiency. A bachelor's degree Experience in an operational or coordination role working with cross-functional team members Experience in a customer service-focused role with a high standard for service and responsiveness Experience working in an environment focused on continuous process improvement Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
